Weidouli Valves Co., Ltd. , founded in 1989, specializes in the research, production and sales of special alloy valves. Our company covers an construction area of 43,500㎡ with a registered capital of 101.89 million RMB. Being committed to customizing industrial valves for 30 years, we constantly develop new products that can better meet the working conditions by communicating with customers in different industries carefully.
Weidouli currently has 170 employees, 25 high and intermediate qualifications, and has obtained 59 national patents, including 3 invention patents, the National Innovation Fund, the Torch undertaking unit etc.
To ensure the performance of the finished products being able to meet our customer’s requirements, we adopt advanced manufacturing technology makes perfect quality. We concentrate on the development and production of special materials valves, owning class 100,000 clean room and over 100 sets of production equipments including CNC processing equipment, vacuum welding equipment, heat treatment furnace, special treatment equipment for surface hardening, etc.
We also have established our valve testing laboratory which is equipped with XRF portable alloy analyzer, direct-reading spectrometer, metalloscope, ultrasonic thickness gauge, helium mass spectrometer leak detector and other sets of precision testing equipment. We use valve flow test bench realizes accurate valve flow control under simulated working conditions.
Weidouli valves meet the requirement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ATEX, CE/PED, CCS etc. qualifications.
Weidouli’s products orientation on Ball valve, Butterfly valve, Gate valve, Check valve, Plug valve, Globe valve, Strainers, Control valves etc. in sizes up to 100”(2500mm) in ASME Class 150LB to 2500LB. The valves are offered in a variety of body styles, materials and trims options with material diversification in Titanium & Titanium alloy, Zirconium and Zirconium alloy, Nickel base alloy, Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel, Ni Al Br, Alloy 20, 904L, Duplex, Tantalum etc.
